streamline your business in just two hours

I often hear busy business owners say, I’d love to streamline my business, but I just don’t have the time.

I think they’re telling the truth - or at least, the truth as they see it. But that’s only because they think of it as an all-or-nothing thing. They think they need to spend week after week streamlining their entire business to see results.

So take it from someone who helps people through this process every day: you don’t have to spend a ton of time streamlining your entire business to make a difference.

In fact, if you can spare just two hours to work on just one part of your business, you’ll see big results.

Yes, really.

I know this because two hours is the exact amount of time I spend with clients during a simplified intensive - and they’re always surprised by how much we can streamline in that short period of time, and how much it improves their business too.

But don’t take my word for it. Instead, let me introduce you to three clients who discovered it for themselves.

First, meet Cara Chatellier. Cara is a digital marketing consultant who wanted to simplify her services so she could stop wasting time creating custom proposals and delivering custom work. During her intensive, we designed a set of signature service packages that saved her time and created more profitability and sustainability in her business immediately. In fact, shortly after her intensive, Cara’s simplified services helped her grow her client base and sell her biggest package to date.

Photographer Roni Ziemba invested in a coaching intensive when she was ready to streamline her marketing. She was tired of taking a shotgun approach to getting new clients in the door, and of feeling overwhelmed when she went to market her business. So we spent her intensive creating a simple outreach strategy and marketing plan that gave her clear tasks to focus on, and that quickly attracted attention from prospective clients.

Finally, Allison Burns of AllieMarie Design came to her intensive looking to grow her business to the next level without the overwhelm. She knew she wanted another revenue stream for her business but didn’t know which idea to pursue. During her intensive, we identified the right revenue stream for her strengths, target audience and available time. Then we streamlined her approach to creating and marketing her new Design Spirit course so she could get it off the ground and start bringing in revenue as quickly as possible.

None of these clients had massive amounts of time to streamline their business or a desire to work on every part of their business at once. Instead, they recognized the benefits of streamlining just one area of their business and invested in an intensive to get support and create incredible results.

So now consider your business and ask yourself, what if I let go of feeling like I had to streamline everything, and instead focused on spending a few hours streamlining just one area of my business?

Maybe you want to streamline your services. Or your systems. Or your approach to marketing. Or your next revenue stream.

Whatever it is, I want you to know that it’s entirely possible to streamline that one area of your business in just two hours time.

And if you want my help doing just that, send me an email and let me know.

I have one spot left for a coaching intensive in June, and I would love to do one with you.

With love,

P.S. If you’re still doubting that two hours is long enough to streamline one part of your business, know that my simplified intensives also include a month of email support afterward. So while we’ll do the bulk of the work during our intensive, you’ll have my continued support and the chance to ask questions for an entire month as you start to make changes and implement plans.
