I’ll be the first person to tell you that creating an effortless business - one that’s simple, streamlined and sustainable - doesn’t happen overnight.
It requires thought and intention. It requires planning. And a lot of trial and error. Not to mention a belief that it’s possible to do things differently than you are now, even if you can’t see how just yet.
But I’ll also be the first person to tell you that the work you do and the time you put in to creating a more effortless business is always worth it, and it will pay you back ten-fold. Because when you take the time to streamline your business and create more ease for yourself, it allows you to scale to the next level without the overwhelm.
It also ensures that your business is designed intentionally to support your life.
I want to see us all talking more transparently about what it looks like to go from overwhelmed entrepreneur to effortless business owner, and I’m kicking things off by having that conversation with my friend Kaitlyn Kessler on the latest episode of the Effortless Podcast.
We got together to talk about the journey to building an intentional, effortless business. In this episode, we talked about:
What it really means to take a ‘do less’ approach to building your business
The questions I ask myself to make sure I’m launching the right things
How I gave myself permission to ditch cookie cutter services and create intentional offers that made sense for my business
The one thing you can do today to start building a more intentional business yourself
You can catch the entire episode here. Once you give it a listen, I’d love to hear what stuck out for you. Comment below and let me know what your biggest takeaway was.
P.S. The audio on my end of this interview is a little echo-y, and is greatly improved if you listen in on your earbuds. So if you’re having trouble with it, give that a try because I really want you to have the chance to listen in.
